Description The Study of Design Business Management (2) stresses: 1. the successful management of designer-client relationships; and 2. design product/service quality. Clients are the lifeblood of a design practice; without clients, designers and design consultants would not exist. The course looks primarily into the interaction between the design practitioner and their clients. It also emphasizes the importance of design product/service quality improvement so that the designer-client relationship may be optimized and the business of the design firm will be in success.
