Description User-centred Design is a process in which the needs, wants, and limitations of end users of a product are given extensive attention at each stage of the design process. It is a user-oriented innovative design process of discovering users’ potential demand and desire. This course introduces Ethnographic Research Method for discovering Users' Experience and Users' Value Models. Methods include Participatory Design, User Profiles and Scenarios, Contextual Inquiry and Narrative Practice. Design practices will be carried out for creating broader and effective experience through service and products.
