| Through the approach of remote teaching in terms of e-learning, this course engages in multiple-point synchronous and asynchronous teaching in conjunction with partner schools. Main course contents include basic intellectual property right issues: patent right, trademark right and copyright. Taking into account the academic background of design department , this course focuses on practical knowledge pertinent to patents. It addresses the issue of how to stimulate students' creativity and help them realize the importance of intellectual property right. The most important rule of the economy of the 21st century is intellectual property right. It is also the golden rule that all WTO members have to abide by.
