Description The objective of this course is to help the graduate students whose topics of master's theses or graduate projects are related to creativity development, creative design skills and methodology, to prepare their preliminary studies. This course provides the necessary theoretical tools and case studies, and its contents contain (1) design creativity research based on artificial intelligence, psychology, anthropology and linguistics, as well as (2) exercises of creative design techniques: rule-based reasoning and case-based reasoning, schematic analogy and association, product ethnography, pattern language and experiential scenario.
