Description This course is case study approach, for the financial management theory to discuss relevant issues with financial decision-making. Seminar covers: Financial planning and forecasting, capital budgeting decisions, working capital policy, short-term and long-term financing decisions, dividend policy, capital asset pricing theory, arbitrage pricing theory, portfolio theory, mergers and acquisitions, behavioral finance, etc. This course combines business management practices and financial strategies into the discussion, in order to foster both theory and practice of financial management personnel. Through the course of the attendance, students should be able to have the financial management of the academic ability to integrate knowledge and expertise, the ability of independent research, critical thinking and decision-making capacity, and ability to solve financial management problems.
