| This course is intended to introduce the concepts, principles, and standards for effective R&D/innovation management that is becoming the critical competitive advantages for the knowledge-intensive organizations and firms. The course will introduce a number of related cases and exercises with a view to bridge the national, industrial and corporate R&D/innovation activities, along with the presentation of selected approaches, methods and tools to effectively integrate functional, business and corporate R&D and innovation activities as a whole.
