| This course is designed to develop students' innovative service design capabilities and integrate service design perspectives to complete the service blueprint. It focuses on the learning and implementation of the various products and service designs that may be covered by the Smart Connected Application Domain to achieve the learning objectives of this course.
In the course, through the networked services such as smart networking technology trends and application connotation, intelligent situational thinking, relationship insight, product service blueprint, feasibility analysis, product concept design, operational plan planning and other systematic processes and methods, with Domestic and international indicators case analysis and practical cases enable students to understand the connotation of innovative and intelligent service design and have the ability to plan service design.
