| This course focuses on the theory and practice of work motivation and leadership in organization. Its purpose is threefold: (1) To gain an understanding of the important theories regarding work motivation and leadership; (2) to effectively combine the theories of work motivation and leadership and empirical findings and discuss the discrepancies and implications; (3) to discuss practical implications for business management and (4) to apply the basic ideas of leadership and management in daily life.
