| The study of performance management aids in motivation, employee development and productivity improvement to meet organization goals. This course includes an overview of how performance works to align with the strategic goals of an organization. Specifically, DEA models are used to conduct a sophisticated analysis of the productivity and efficiency, and to show how data analysis forms the information base for compensation and performance appraisal processes. As we study the analytical techniques we shall also examine a wide variety of empirical applications.
