| After completing all the required courses in the first year, every student is encouraged to initiate the working process toward the completion of his/her MA thesis under the supervision of an advisor. Starting from the third semester, it is required for the student to register for "Thesis" for two semesters. The "Thesis" courses aim to lead graduate students through the process of preparing, writing and completing an MA thesis. After the committee members agree on the acceptability of the thesis and sign the official document, the student will get a total of 6 credits for "Thesis," fulfilling part of the requirement for a MA degree.
