Description This course introduces the theories, principles, and methods of designing and construction for local social issues in Taiwan. In this year, Focuses on the Settlements of aboriginal people, through cases studies and design practice, the courses seeks to expand the students understanding to the major components of site planning. The topics also focus on six premises:1.theories in relation to site planning;2.design sequences of site planning; 3.investigations and analyses of the sites;4.planning and designing methods and their evaluations;5.environmental impact assessment and countermeasures.
