Description Optoelectronic materials have attracted much attention on a wide range of applications in renewable energy systems due to their ability to convert light into electricity. This course focus on introducing optoelectronic materials utilized in such kind of devices, photovoltaics, light-emitting diodes, photodetectors, and thin-film-transistors. This course also includes the fundamentals of semiconductor physics, materials’ molecular structures, light absorption capacity, carrier mobility and device’s stability and degradation.
