Description
| Soft condensed matters include polymers, colloids, amphiphilic molecules and biomolecules, and exhibit intrinsic properties which are distinctly different from that of conventional liquid and solid substances. For soft condensed matter systems, the key points to determine the thermodynamic and dynamic properties are their internal structures between micro and macro scales. In this course, we introduce various soft condensed matters and their significant physical properties including molecules interactions, phase transitions, crystalline and colloidal dispersion.
