| Description
| The purpose of this curriculum is to introduce the adult's learning psychology and effective teaching strategy. The key point of this curriculum including adult's psychology and characteristics of learning, the factor of influence adults' learning, effective teaching method and it correspond the strategy. It also includes developing the adults' educational program, planning the curriculum, and selecting the teaching material. Furthermore, the learning theory of self-directed learning (SDL) is introduced to promote the lifelong learning society constructed.
