| The primary objective of this course is to give graduate students the lectures related to the application of advanced engineering mathematics on the fields of HVAC and thermofluids. The content includes (1)tensor, (2)Fourier transforms, (3)complex variables, (4)vector integral: the application of Gauss's theorem、 Stokes's theorem and Leibnitz theorem, (5)the analystical methods of partial differential equations: separation of variables、 superposition、 complex combination、 Laplace transforms, (6)variational calculus, (7)perturbation methods, (8)numerial solutions of partial differential equations: fundamentals of finite difference and finite element methods.
