| This lesson is focused on the energy analyses of refrigeration systems and air-conditioning systems. The operating defects of compressors, evaporators and
condensers are to be investigated. Also the energy consumption's of pumps, fan coils air-handling units and duct/water systems are studied. The over all performance of the entire system is thus discussed. Several methods to improve the shortages and the techniques to energy conservation and electricity demand cut-down will be proposed.
The students should understand correctly the theory of energy conservation and the
technology to improve the systems.
