| The “course guidance” assists students to explore self-potential and to recognize and learn the team-management capability of the future leader. The “Practical participation” let students experience how to increase team-energy, and study: organizing and planning, accepting and tolerating, propaganda and cooperation, constructing personal connections, problem solving, for cultivating the future leader. Finally, an achievements ceremony will be held to show the results and train the students to combine the theoretical principal and practical application for their future work.
