| This course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to apply data analytics techniques and geospatial analysis to the issues of geohazards and sustainability. The course will cover the fundamentals of geospatial data acquisition, pre-processing, and visualization, as well as statistical analysis, machine learning, and decision-making related to these fields. The course will also include case studies and group projects focusing on natural hazards, sustainable development, and social responsibility issues. Students will have the opportunity to apply the skills they learn to real-world problems and work collaboratively with their peers to develop solutions to complex challenges.
