| Description
| In engineering applications, such as LED, chip cooling, heat exchange in energy systems, fuel cells, are always comes with the problems of thermal generation. Meanwhile, manufacturing process and heat treatment of these products are also strongly dependent of the selection of material specifications. The purpose of this course would like to employ practical problems and lead the students in finding appropriate solutions or technical approaches to solve the related problems they could meet.
