| Description
| The course will emcompass the fundamental and advanced principles of integrated circuits, which include the following 5 subtopics: 1.the principles of CMOS circuits, 2.the structures of VLSI circuits, the advanced structures of VLSI circuits (e.g. dynamic circuit), 3.the architecture of VLSI Systems, 4.VLSI design methodology, and 5.the specific topic of signal-integrity issue。
Besides, it will introduce the flow of present IC design industry and share the design experience. The students can learn how to orginize the design flow and practice the IC desgin for some specific topics. The integration with MEMS device and NEMS device is also included as well.
