Description By using control volume method and finite element method for numerical heat transfer calculation, we can obtain a global temperature field and heat flux for electronic device. Comparing with experiment's data, the theoretical theory and applications can be verified in this course. Including thermal couple method, thermochromic liquid crystals imaging method, laser interferometry method and thermal video system will be utilized in the experiments. The steady state and transient finned tube, conjugate heat transfer, and spot resistance heat transfer control will be derived and computed in the course.
