Description The subject of this course is mainly to extend the understanding of the field of healthy buildings. The purpose is to know the definition of healthy buildings, the trend of the national and the international developing, and to understand the influence and damage of indoor environmental quality caused by architectural design and interior design through detecting experiment, which are concerned with transitions of worldwide environmental and climate, and etc. Six topics will be selected from the provisional figures. Six units of seminar, each takes 3 hours, will be undertaken on schedule as attached table. Content: 1. The trends of healthy buildings, 2. Introduction of Japanese Sick House Regulations, 3. Indoor environment diagnosis and improvement in Taiwan. 4. Popularization of Green Building Material Label. 5. Diagnostic mechanism of indoor construction materials and air quality. 6. The indoor air quality self-control systems and related international information.
