| Description
| The course works together with Special Topics on Architectural Design (Thesis Design) in two semesters. The first semester is preparatory course which trains students to think independently and establish independent perspective. Teachers of different fields guide students to explore design issues, collect data, have case study, develop design methodology, and propose future direction for thesis design . The second semester aims to enhance students' abilities in practice, such as planning, structural analysis, detail drawing, shop drawing, electrical and mechanical system, materials experiments, tectonic construction, green building evaluation, CFD simulation, construction management, regulatory review, BIM modeling, competition reports, design methodology, parametric algorithms, animation, rendering and so on.
