Six Sigma is a management system that listens to the Voice of Customer, analyzes Critical to Quality factors, and utilizes project-based approaches with process improvement tools to address problematic business processes. The course focuses on understanding the theory of Six Sigma, analysis tools, and the application of statistical software (Minitab). It is designed for Green Belt and Black Belt professional training in Six Sigma. Through theoretical analysis and practical exercises, the course assists students in implementing Six Sigma in enterprises to achieve improvements in key processes.
