Description Scheduling consists of planning and prioritizing activities that need to be performed in an orderly sequence of operation. It is a tool that optimizes use of available resources. This course focuses on theoretical as well as applied aspects of scheduling of resources. The purpose of this course is to guide the students to learn the basic concept and rules of sequencing and scheduling, and to understand the different scheduling application aspects for various shop floors.
