| Description
| The course objective is to introduce students about simulation methodology and using discrete simulation tools to design or improve the production or service system.
The course is concerned with the modeling of production or service systems using simulation packages. The topics such as process and event view of simulation, building blocks of simulation packages, input distributions, output analysis, random number generation, steady-state and terminating simulation, experimental design of simulation etc. will be covered.
