| Environmental Planning and Management aims to study the relationship between environmental problems and social, economics and ecology. The theory and technology of planning are also described. The environmental impact assessment is a major method for the approching of balance between economical development and environmental protection, therefore it is stressed to state it's contents and assessment methods. Further the National planning and City planning in the area of environmental espects are also described in the course. It intends to let the students realize how to have a sustainable development under the policy of environmental protection.
