Description This course will introduce the tools and cases of computer-aided computation and guide students in using software to solve engineering problems. The course takes COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS as the main operating environment and might use software such as EXCEL/VBA, MATLAB or SOLIDWORKS etc. by importing or exporting various model formats. Topics include fluid mechanics, heat transfer, mass transfer, electroplating, corrosion, batteries, etc. Students will be able to understand the concept of mathematical simulation, the basic logic of modeling, and the R&D process of computer-aided engineering.
