The course covers a range from several points of view; the half life of a reactant, the time taken for half of the reactant to be consumed. Relevant of the branches of Materials Sciences, such as Biology, Chemical engineering, Electrochemistry, Inorganic chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Pharmacology, and physics are also mentioned in macroscopic kinetics investigations.
