metallurgy, moreover, it examplifies aluminum alloy, nickle alloy, carbon steel,
alloy steel and stainless steel to describe metallurgical phenomenon from weld fusion zone and partial fusion zone to the welding process which is influenced by
heat energy. Its main subjects include solidification, crystal structure, second particle
structure, phase deformation, segregation, solidified cracks, hot check, reheat check,
hydrogen embrittlement, recrystallization, heat treatment property, etc..
