| The main purpose of this course is to introduce the fundamental concepts of industrial organization and management. In addition, the application of management science in a production system is also provided. This course consists of the following subjects: construction of industrial organization, product design and development, manufacture engineering, work design, production planning and control, inventory management, human resource planning, quality management, marketing management, and finance management.
