Description
| This course will give an introduction to basic components of the precision mechatronic system including mechanical systems (e.g. machine frame, machine foundation, bearings and guides, power transmission etc.) and control systems (e.g. process control, numerical control, geometric data processing, driving systems, position measurement system, automatic manufacturing monitoring and diagnostics, etc. ). Studies of advanced precision mechatronic systems including machine tools, robotics, FMS, CIM , micro- electro- mechanical systems (MEMS) and so on.
