| Since this planet was formed, radiation coexists with it. Radiation exists anywhere including our living surroundings and our body. The lecture will mainly cover:
1.Introduction to radiation;
2.Natural radiation: including cosmic rays, radiation from the ground surface, atmospheric radiation, radiation from water, radiation from food, radiation within the body;
3.Artificial radiation: radiation employments for medical care, agriculture, and industry;
4.Radiation from nuclear plants, dust fall from nuclear detonation;
5.Radiation dose and protection.
