| This course is designed for cultivating the effective industrial workers. Whoever he is, the person should be full of the knowledge of Industrial Psychology if only he is working and if only he wants to be an effective worker, no matter he is a new person or top management, working in industry or in business, for government or for forivate institute, The focuses of this course will be on (1)personal psychology:including job analysis, personel selection program, the principles and appliance of personnel tests, performance appraisal, personnel training training, job evaluation, (2)social psychology of the organization:including the theory and management of motivation, the measurement of attitude and morale, leadership, employee participation, communication; (3)engineering psychology:including work conditions and industrial effectiveness, machine and job design, accident prevention and insustrial safety; (4)consumer psychology:including consum behavior and advertising.
