| This course-through carefully examining individual cases that often happen-helps understand more about legal knowledge so that they would cherish their endowed rights and protect themselves from being hurt. This course also encourages the students to serve the duty of laws in the hope that "All People Know The Laws and All People Follow The Laws." Thecontents: Introduction to General Principles, Provisions of Obligations, Family and Succession. Cases that have much to do with the daily life are picked up for discussion. Other topics like the mutual self-help funds, the use of checks, cross-strait marriages, vehicle accidents, insurance, bonus regulations on the military servicemen and their family are also included.
