1400506 Western Thoughts in Dialogue with Modern Business and Technology 2.0 2
Description In this class we will learn about and consider applications of some of the lessons of Western Literature, Philosophy, and Bio-Evolutionary Theory to situations that may arise within a business or scientific environment. These issues will include questions of leadership, decision-making, ethics, communication and negotiation, competition versus cooperation, and other social factors which unavoidably arise in any group situation. Through the literally universal medium of the English language, students will be able to develop more thorough understanding of modern trends driven by western thoughts. It is suggested that students enrolled in this course have intermediate level of English proficiency.
