| To study the time length of the constitutional development of Taiwan and strengthen the relation between tradition and modern period, also to establish a democratic concept in the multilateral society, this class will study the base of our Constitution, and explore the following items: To give a historical point of view of the meaning, character and progress of our Constitution; then from the academic point of view to analyze the connotation of the Constitution; to attend the foundation of revised version, and give an analysis of the practice side of the operation of Constitution; finally, to point out the correlation between the development of constitution and steadiness of politics.
