Description Teachers adjust the teaching content, progress assessment flexibly based on students' individual differences and needs in order to improve students’ learning outcomes and to guide students for proper development. Effective teaching and learning are based on three theories: 1. brain-based Research. 2. Learning styles and Multiple Intelligences. 3. Authentic assessment. By understanding the connotation and fundamental point of view of differentiated instruction, teacher can analysis of students' individual differences and learning styles through different teaching methods and activities to conform the learning needs of all students. Finally, Teachers will implement multivariate qualitative learning assessment to understand students' learning effectiveness in order to implement various instructional strategies as future teaching improvements.
