| The objective of this course is to enable students to understand the risks of starting a business and of investing in the capital market. In addition, the course cultivates the ability to manage entrepreneurial risks, basic knowledge of tax planning, and the concept of stock listings among participants. The course content includes discussions on company law, financial statements, tax planning, capital markets, and the legal responsibilities and risks of serving as a company director or supervisor.
