| This course is designed to introduce students to the theoretical and practical aspects of financial management and financial decisions by using case study, information tools, quantitative technique, financial software, and financial database. Several important concepts will be studied in detail, including: the operation and roles of financial markets, applications of financial instruments, financial asset pricing, capital budgeting decision, capital structure decision, and risk management. The course involves studies on decision-making utilizing financial resources available to the firm from the perspective of the manager. The basic financial concepts that will help students solve problems and exercises designed to financial strategies and corporate policies.
