| This course introduces ergonomics issues applied in product design and manufacturing. Course contents focus on ergonomics-related problems faced by modern industry. Course explains the methods to improve and solve problems, and provides practical examples and classroom exercises. Topics covered in the course include the design and ergonomic assessment of products, workload assessment and health management of workers, man-machine system design and mental workload, ergonomics-related issues in Industry 4.0. This course aims to help students learn the application of human factors in industries, and the use of tools and ideas for better job opportunities.
