| This course focuses on the theory and practice of senior manager’s leadership and management in organization. Its purpose is threefold: (1) To gain an understanding of what the content of organizational leadership and management is (especially for the senior managers); (2) to effectively combine the basic concepts of leadership and organization management and empirical findings and discuss the discrepancies and implications; (3) to discuss practical implications for senior managers’ leadership.
