| The objectives of this course focus on the definition of the investment projects, investment return and risk analysis, and investment decision making. The course contents are given through lectures, case study and term project presentation. The topics of this course includes: investment project analysis and decision process, the effect of interest and inflation to investment return, asset depreciation and replacement problems, capital budgeting, risk and uncertainty of project investment, real options, basic and technical analysis of corporation, stock price analysis and portfolio analysis, case studies of business and engineering investments. Various factors that affect the investment decision problems are discussed to help decision-maker properly resolves investment decision-making.
