Description
| System modeling is a tool based on system theory designed to describe, understand, and predict the relationships among the components of a system and the mechanisms that influence each other's behavior. Simulation is a derivative technique based on modeling that identifies the rules, parameters, and interactions hidden in a system by simulating observable behavior in a real system in order to develop an effective strategy for predicting possible future risks. This course includes an introduction to system modeling, functional modeling, structural modeling, physical modeling and corresponding simulation methods.
