Description
| The course objective is to teach the application of CG software in the multimedia industry and equip students with the ability to build a material library (Game-Ready Models). Through project-based learning, students will understand advanced modeling, texturing, rigging, rendering, and the workflow of integrating with game engines. Together with Unity Animator, UML, and C#, they will refine the control and presentation of model materials in game engines, enabling students to connect design and programming skills and prepare for customizing virtual reality applications.
The CG software instruction will focus on the use of visual programming tools, enabling students to accelerate project progress using programming thinking and node programming. The programming instruction will use Unity Animator and C# to configure game assets. The final assessment will primarily be based on the presentation of the end-of-term project.
