| In order to implement the school spirit of the eight core competencies of Teaching Excellence Project and "cradle of entrepreneurs," this course aims to foster future entrepreneurs by enhancing entrepreneurship based on innovation and entrepreneurship, through a wide range of lecture courses lead students to understand connotation of management, communication and leadership, ability to inspire students to solve various management issues, to develop a broader perspective and logical thinking, build the capacity of leadership traits and novelty strain of future entrepreneurs. This course is arranged to visit a number of enterprises, with the actual visit and communicate in depth understanding of the essence of the business management and innovation spirit for change, to nurture students have the ability of future successful entrepreneurs of management, reasoning and logic.
