| This course is designed to guide students in integrating mindfulness practice with artistic creation to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation, promoting a balanced body and mind state. The course begins with an introduction to the theories and methods of mindfulness, covering practices such as mindful breathing, walking, eating, gratitude exercises, and body scan meditation. These practices aim to help students build a stable foundation of inner awareness.
The latter part of the course emphasizes practical application. Students will synthesize their learning by designing experiential activities that combine mindfulness and art, and they will implement these activities in educational or caregiving settings such as children’s hospitals.
