Description Graduate Institute of Intellectual Property, National Taipei University of Technology (hereafter called this institute) had made a MOU of international academic cooperation with Franklin Pierce School of Law, University of New Hampshire on May 10, 2023. This institute wants to promote the international policy from the University, so this institute will open a one unit course for international double professional teachers. This course is personally and intensively taught by Professor/Dean Megan Carpenter and Professor/Director Micky Minhas of Franklin Pierce School of Law, University of New Hampshire, and it is mainly provided for this institute’s students, legal practitioners, or someone who are interested in studying in the U.S. for further understanding the U.S. legal and intellectual property law systems.
