| The training will be based on International, Chinese and German/EU Principles of IPR protection. Legal texts should be provided, e.g. TRIPS Agreement.
The first will give an introduction to Principles of IPR protection, the international TRIP`s standards as well as an introduction to the practical aspects of IPR/Technology Transfer and Protection of Company IPR.
The second and third will focus on the 4 most relevant IPR areas – Invention Patent, Design Patent, Trademark and Copyright –. Those areas of IP protection will be introduced with a focus on the relevant legal criteria for protection in case of infringement. Each introduction to an IPR area will be followed by a case exercise.
The seminar shall give an introduction on IP issues in an international context with a focus on the Chinese-European framework.
