| This course is not only intended to teach students how to use Westlaw International database for studying IP issues, but also it primarily teaches students to introduce searching of research materials about Patent Law & Trade Secrets Law. Especially, professors will teach students how to conduct Patent Law & Trade Secrets Law researches. Students will understand how to write research articles concerning Patent Law & Trade Secrets Law. Class participations are required for students, and all other class information are seen in Chinese and English class syllabus.
